A young woman in a Washington soccer jersey is celebrating with a joyful expression, fists clenched, during a sports event. A photographer is capturing her moment.

Ben Vanderbosch

Creative Storyteller & Digital Strategist

As the Assistant Director of Creative Content at the University of Washington, I work with all 22 of our sports programs creating compelling photo, video, and social content. In the three years since moving to Seattle, I've produced thousands of pieces of content resulting in over 10 million views.

Prior to the University of Washington, I worked at the University of Montana as a Marketing and Videography Intern. Over the course of a year, I shot, edited, designed, and posted nearly all content for the school’s cross country Instagram account, generating 35,000 views and growing the account's following by over 100%. In addition, I shot and directed media day shoots and assisted with game coverage, all while competing as a member and captain of Montana's Track & Cross Country teams.

Outside of college sports, I have worked with well-known national brands, high-profile social media figures, professional athletes, and notable musicians. My freelance work has generated over 3 million views and 300,000 likes across Instagram and YouTube alone.
